AKQUINET Brasil Celebrates 13 Years of History and Inaugurates The Expansion of its Office Space
July was a month of many celebrations!
On July 16, akquinet Brasil celebrated thirteen years of innovation and purposeful connections in the technology market.
The date was celebrated with a special event that brought together employees and family members in a moment of celebration and connection. During the event, the expansion of the company’s office was also officially inaugurated – a new office space that represents another step in our trajectory of growth, evolution, and construction together with the team.
We continue on this rich journey alongside customers, partners, and employees, grateful to everyone who is part of each chapter of this history.

🔐 Automatic User Creation via Entra ID Groups
- It is now possible to automatically create users based on the User Groups defined in Entra ID, eliminating the need for manual registration and reducing operational risks.
🧩 Dynamic Profile Assignment by Group
The association between Entra ID Groups and Authorization Profiles in the system allows for:
- Automatic assignment of the appropriate profile to each user at login.
- Continuous revalidation with each new access—if there is a change in the user’s group, the profile will be dynamically adjusted.
- Immediate blocking of access for users removed from the group — ensuring compliance and continuous security.
🔄 Daily User Synchronization (via API)
- We have also implemented the possibility of automatic synchronization of the user list with Entra ID. This function eliminates inactive users from the system interface.
⚙️ Group Management for Workflows
- Within MUB and BRO Portal, it is possible to configure the assignment of users to Workflow Groups X Entra ID Groups, expanding control over who can perform each step of the processes.

Automation Centre: Intelligent SLA Notifications
The MUB/ BRO Portal Automation Center continues to evolve – and now features new automatic notification functions for managing SLA (Service Level Agreement) deadlines.
With this feature, you can:
- Automatically notify those responsible when the deadline for a Request or Stage is approaching the defined limit.
- Set up alerts for the person directly responsible for the Task..
- Define a hierarchy for notifications, for example:
- First, the person responsible for the task.
- Then, the area coordinator.
- Next, the manager responsible.
These automations reduce human error, increase control over critical deadlines, and strengthen process governance.
New Licensing: No User Limit
The new MUB and BRO Portal plans now feature unlimited user licensing — you can include as many users as you want, with no additional costs per access
This change allows you to:
- Expand the use of the platforms to more areas of the company.
- Include stakeholders who need to be notified about the progress of requests.
- Eliminate the risk of additional costs due to team growth or restructuring.

Integration with HR Systems: Smarter Approvals

With this information, workflow approval processes become automatic, auditable, and structured according to the organizational reality.
