Founded in 1951, Castrolanda is a Brazilian agro-industrial cooperative from Castro (Paraná) and one of the largest in the sector nationwide. With more than 1,200 cooperative members and 2,200 employees, its Business Units cover Operations (agriculture, meat, dairy, potato and administration) and Industrial (dairy and potato). The cooperative operates 25 units across Paraná, São Paulo and Tocantins.
For many years, Castrolanda faced a challenge common to fast-growing companies: efficient information management, especially for master data. Castrolanda centralizes vendor, customer, third-party service providers, materials and cooperative members registrations in the Central Fiscal Registry area. This data lives in several systems, including SAP ERP, Oracle and portals, which increased complexity.
